Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Terms between Client and SliderDevs, Via Etnea 196, 95131 Catania. Engaging services = acceptance.

2. Services

Web development, design, maintenance, and consulting. All delivered digitally.

3. Payment

50% deposit on Launch/Scale plans. Enterprise: milestone payments per spec. Via Stripe.

4. IP

Client owns all custom code, design, and content on full payment. Open-source components retain their original licences. We retain the right to use anonymised screenshots in our portfolio unless you object within 14 days.

5. Hosting & Access

Client owns all hosting accounts, domains, and credentials. We configure on your behalf but never hold access hostage.

6. Revisions

Per plan. Additional revisions quoted. Scope changes quoted as change orders. No scope creep.

7. Liability

Limited to fees paid. No guaranteed revenue outcomes. We warrant the code functions as specified.

8. Confidentiality

All project materials confidential. NDA available. Survives 5 years.

9. Governing Law

Italian law. Catania courts. Updated: March 2026.
